An analysis of the internal communication of Centro de Estudios del Trabajo - Cedetrabajo was carried out and it was found that the graphic identity did not feed the needs of the organization, showing itself as precarious when it became known and confused in its internal use, being thus, an intervention in the graphic line is proposed.
With this emphasis is placed on the treatments that the brand had, which without intentions to change it as an essence, the symbol logo was maintained and each of the solid aspects they possessed and subsequently, aspects such as the complementary graphic, the implementation were reinforced of complete typography (which will have special characters), regulation in the diagramming of graphic pieces and other aspects that will reinforce the image of the organization and boost its recognition before aggregations of its sector.
The construction and justification of the elements implemented and / or modified were generated from the contributions granted by the theory of Norverto Chávez and Raúl Belluccia in their publication where the high performance parameters necessary for brand building are mentioned; along with them were also added academics who not only mentioned the need for excellence in the brand image but also took it as a concept, including branding, corporate branding, brand types and target audiences. These aspects consolidated a robust theoretical framework that subsequently gave way to the visible results of the improvement of the Cedetrabajo identity manual.
