In this document, a control sheet will be designed that allows mitigating the risks submitted in the execution stage of the painting and road demarcation strategy under the Tactical Urbanism tool in the municipality of Lebrija-Santander, where, based on the monitoring and supervision carried out at the site, a series of problems was evidenced due to the lack of planning from the initial stage that affected the fulfillment of the purpose of the same.
That is why through our objectives, we will fulfill this purpose through a methodological process that begins with the identification of the guidelines of the tactical urban planning strategy to recognize how it works, then we will identify the activities carried out in the place, for later list the failures send and create the control sheet that allows in the execution stage to establish control in order to execute effectively and efficiently new works within the Pilot Plan of Tactical Urbanism in the municipality, that is why as the last objective we will have the socialization in the Secretary of Mobility, Transit and Transportation.
The AMEF tool used is governed by good practices, the method is carried out from a correct analysis and review of the execution of the exercise based on correct control and planning in terms of time and availability of resources with the in order to obtain anticipated results to the problems and proposing both alternatives and improvement actions in the execution of the project with probabilities of success
