Propuesta de plan estratégico del laboratorio clínico veterinario ZOOLAB S.A.S articulado con la norma ISO/IEC 17025:2017

Abstract

A strategic plan articulated with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard was formulated, initially, carrying out an internal and external diagnosis to the laboratory where weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities of high impact were identified to subsequently define strategies to face their context. These strategies were then assigned to the four perspectives of the Balanced scorecard and strategic objectives were determined for each. Finally, adjustments were made to the mission, vision, a matrix of deployment of objectives was created, a strategic map was built and finally requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard were defined that articulated the activities described above.
