This document aims to analyze the color of a corporate identity in relation to the customer of the entity, through the development of the internship in the telecommunications company ETB in the period 2021-1 in the area of Homes and MiPymes, an investigation was conducted based on the graphic identity of the company and how within it the relationship of the consumer was identified. In view of the fact that, within the field of graphic design, the creation and choice of each of these visual elements have as a result to expose the entity as a unique organization in its area and in the same way. That said, in the first instance, it was explained how color being a visual element is capable of communicating and in the same way seeks to generate ties with its consumers.
