Análisis del modelo financiero de adición de los contratos de concesiones en cundinamarca, para medir la eficiencia de la inversión de los recursos públicos

Abstract

The modernization of the industry, the manufacture of new products in the market and the implementation of new technologies and processes, are priorities of the developing countries, competitiveness is provided by the most advances and more development proposed and implemented, the road infrastructure has evolved not only in Colombia but in the world in recent years, and it is the concessions that have given road development to our country, which have no other purpose than to help develop Colombia's economy. This study will focus on deepening a topic of great importance in this field: efficiency of the investment of resources, through the collection of information from the DEVISAB concession, additional 15 in Cundinamarca, the analysis of the financial variables included in the additional contract 15 , a marginal financial model will be constructed with the trading conditions of the additional 15, as it was to go from guaranteed minimum income to expected income. Additionally, the relevant financial effects will be analyzed comparatively from the perspective of the financial and economic conditions of the time
