Resumen
Through the diagnosis, I observed in the Colegio Brazuelos in the town of Usme students problems of coexistence, which begins in the family, later in school and in the social environment. As the problem exists, the implementation of pedagogical strategies began where the child could be reached based on participatory activities where children and young people made known, either orally or through actions, situations that affect them in their daily lives. With these activities, their knowledge and emotions were strengthened, thus exploring the causes and consequences of why some behave in a different way, for this purpose, behavioral guidelines were given to mitigate the actions of mistreatment of others and how the affected person should act when is harassed. To achieve the above, the activities focused on the values, duties and rights of citizens such as coexistence, being this the directive source to follow in the school environment focused on or related to the coexistence manual that governs institutional norms.
