Rediseño del parque de la vida ubicado en el Barrio Campo Hermoso de Bucaramanga

Abstract

The underutilization of "Parque de la Vida" has gradually produced a wear and tear in its infrastructure, which has led to a decrease in social dynamics, causing in turn an increase in insecurity, due to centralization of its activities in a single point, in negation with the adjoining escarpment. According to the above, an intervention is necessary through a redesign, in order to increase the useful area, and thus provide a suitable space for recreation, sports and leisure, giving rise to an integrating element between the slope and the sector, taking into account the guidelines generated by the results of the SWOT analysis application, the survey carried out 'in situ' and the concepts of deconstructivist architecture. As a result, it is expected that through the proposed design, social activity can be resumed in the total area of the park, by means of the raise in its utility index, in the decentralization of the activities, as well as the integration of the escarpment as part of the urban structure.
