Resumen
According to the current context and technological advances in which girls from an early age are developing, it becomes necessary to link teaching strategies in the school environment which include the use of ICT in order to innovate and enhance different skills. Along this lines, this research work seeks to develop personal learning environments (PLE) mediated by technology that favor the communicative dimension in girls of early learning of San Vicente Educational Institution through the elaboration and implementation of a pedagogical strategy called “COMUNICATIC”. For the development of the investigation is taken as a methodological reference the qualitative approach, specifically the Action Research, which guides the entire process becoming the guiding thread. Once the analysis is done it´s possible demonstrate an impact on learning process through the creation of personal environments, which allowed the construction of knowledge, enhancing skills at the social, cognitive and communicative levels contributing in this way to incorporate in girls a culture of using the information and communication technologies. The teaching strategy was multiple and oriented toward the recognition of technological elements and their benefits, the expression of ideas and emotions, the collaboration, the sense of belonging, and leadership, among others. It was noted that the implementation of this strategy contributed to improve the interest of the students in the activities proposed, their levels of attention and concentration, as well as the appropriation of technological, social, emotional and communicative knowledges.
