At present, the concern for the mental health of workers belonging to any type of work scenario has been increasing, therefore, from the work carried out in the area of safety and health at work in company with the human resources area , seeks to generate intervention strategies aimed at safeguarding the mental well-being of employees, thus generating the prevention of occupational diseases and work accidents associated with psychosocial risk, while promoting healthy and safe work environments. According to Ramón 2017, practices such as mindfulness have proven to be an effective tool to reduce work stress, improving, in addition to the symptoms related to it, the ethics and morale of workers, reinforcing their leadership abilities. The importance of good practices for managing difficulties in companies through psycho-educational measures against the policies and functions of the organization with the worker. The national survey of health and work conditions in the general occupational risk system determined that between 20% and 33% of workers show a high level of stress, specifically related to the development of their work activities, especially in the new reality that the world is facing caused by the pandemic situation, where the worker has had to face new challenges, where stress and anxiety are present. This is why the importance of investigating the mental health of workers in the company arises.
