Resumen
The bullying behaviors described in the school coexistence law of (2013), violates the affected person and disconnects the offender from the community, both victim and offender according to the theory have low levels of empathy and it is through this The research sought to know how does empathy from a JR program affect the phenomena of bullying? In order to contribute to the understanding of this problem, the main objective of the research was to design a JR restorative justice program based on the development of empathy to prevent bullying in young people in school conflict between fourteen and seventeen years, this research It was carried out under the mixed type methodology, using a pre-experimental design in the quantitative approach, with two groups with pre-test-post-test evaluations and a qualitative component of narrative design. The intervention of the restorative justice program based on the development of empathy favored empathy and decreased harassment and victimization behaviors, reparations were fulfilled in both cases, it was observed that the offensive attitude of the offender is associated with the acceptance of the responsibility of their harassment behaviors. As emerging categories were intermittent responsibility, restorative attitude, self-healing and conflict resolution. Based on this, it is recommended to continue intervening about the consequences of bullying within schools and employ empathy in restorative justice programs to resolve conflicts, repair victims and prevent bullying behaviors.
