Incidencia de la Gestión Predial en los Proyectos de Infraestructura Vial, Estudio de Caso Concesión Transversal de las Américas

Abstract

The predial management in road infrastructure projects in Colombia is essential since, any infrastructure Project, must have the availability of land, in any of its phases, either in its visualization in the planning stage, as its acquisition in the stage of construction. But to carry out this task it must be based on a procedure known as Predial Management and that in our country is regulated by the Geographical Institute Agustín Codazzi (IGAC).

To be able to delve into the subject, we will now clearly define the concept of what predial management means, understanding it as the procedure to obtain a physical and legal property necessary to carry out a work of public interest; also defining the property as the physical unit constituted by land, crops and / or improvements.
