The design trend towards miniaturization has had a great impact on industrial sectors such as aeronautics, automotive, machinery and renewable energies, where we want to reduce dimensions and increase work or production. This leads to many designs that are implemented today require injection molds for micro parts. The objective of this work is the virtual design and manufacture of a mold for micro parts using the CAD / CAM section of the NX software. This, in order that with the future manufacture of said mold, a micro staple composed of a biodegradable biopolymer used in medicine for the adhesion of meshes for the recovery of soft tissues can be obtained. Initially, the tolerances and errors were determined in the machining center located at the Santo Tomas University, in order to take them into account when designing the mold, and to know in advance, the real measurements with which it will work. Subsequently, knowing the piece to be obtained, the design of the mold is proposed, with the necessary parts and accessories. Finally, using the software, the machining conditions were established and the trajectories were generated using the CAM section for the virtual manufacturing of the mold.
