Resumen
In the present study, the efficiency of lichen as bioindicators of air quality in a section of the Villavicencio –Acacias route was evaluated, for this purpose the behavior observed by these organisms before variations in the state of the air in the study area was analyzed. , by means of a linear statistical correlation between the lichens and an air quality monitoring station located in the area. For this, it calculated the Atmospheric Purity Index (IPA) for each biotype of liquor identified. Likewise, through the data provided by the monitoring station, the construction of the wind rose was carried out and a Lagrangian model of Hysplit was carried out with which the dispersion of the pollutants was simulated in order to identify the areas of greatest impact.
Regarding the correlation, it was carried out by means of the Pearson coefficient, with which it was determined that for the present case there is an association between the biotype of foliar liquor with the O3 and the crusty with the PM10, and in terms of the other biotypes and contaminants, the association will not be determined because the percentage of probability of error was greater than 10%.
From the data released by the station and the monitoring of lichens, it was concluded that the air quality in the area is optimal and favorable for living beings, due to the concentration of pollutants they do not exceed the maximum permissible levels and the The biotype with the highest percentage of liquid coverage was the foliose being a bioindicator of good air quality due to its frequent presence in uncontaminated areas.
