Abstract

This paper presents a report detailing the student’s support to la Oficina de Planeación del Municipio de Tópaga, opting for the degree with social work modality. It was achieved with an intensity of 800 hours beginning on the August 14th and finishing on December 31st 2019. Practical and theoretical activities were carried out efficiently at the dependency under the supervision of the engineer YAMILE REYES ESTUPIÑAN, secretary of planning in practice. In order to invest its budget and concluding its management in an accurately and effective way, TÓPAGA town with the help of the municipal administration, took into account several contracts corresponding to public infrastructure works in this last year of the four-year period. For this reason, as a trainee at the planning office, the student had the responsibility of supporting a technical review of each civil work until its execution or in any case, until its percentage of progress. Just the same, monitoring the respective hiring process by verifying and correcting its work budget. On the other hand, the student helped with the drafting of urban licensing requested by the community in the second term of 2019. Likewise, assistance activities were made to the Concejo Municipal de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres (CMGRD) where critical situations arise. So that, the trainee gave quick and accurate solutions by creating budgets and certificates to overcome those problems. In addition to the above, the accountability report of the year 2019 was modified and the construction technical visit certificate of the current administration was actualized. Finally, it was a participation in social and cultural activities typical of the municipality of TÓPAGA.
