dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the motivational differences among employees working for a polygraphy company in Bogota, according to their contract that links them to such company, using a Questionare for Motivation at Work, 'Cuestionario de Motivacion para el Trabajo' (CMT) Toro (1992), as well as a sample group of 31 people. In regards to the design being used, it is based on a descriptive type as it highlights the motivational characteristics which are specific to such employees' group working at the polygraphic institute 'Instituto de poligrafia'. The analysis from this study concludes that there are no significant differences in terms of motivation among people who have a certain type of indefinite contract compared to people who have a contract only to perform certain tasks.
