Primitive man used physical exercise as a way of life: hunting and fishing as a means of obtaining food, the use of rudimentary weapons and utensils to defend himself against predatory and enemy animals. To survive, it was necessary to master the march, the race, the jump, the climb, the launch of force and precision, the fight ... even swimming. Mastering the bow, the stone throwing or the sling required careful learning. Throughout history, the importance of physical exercise in people's lives has been reflected, reaching the XXI century where, beyond a concern for health, it even reaches levels of vanity where looking good plays a very important role. in society. With the scope of rescuing the practice of physical exercise, a healthy lifestyle habit and the improvement of optimal performance in the different sports modalities, it provides an answer to these types of needs in people, offering training in the branches of gymnastics, the functional training, TRX, Pilates Floor, Core Work, Muscle Toning, rumba, mixed martial arts, indoor cycling and stretching. ROTE XTREME It is important to note that physical activity for health must be carried out regularly and consistently. Those sporadic or weekend activities are not enough to properly stimulate the different organs and systems, on the contrary, large intervals of inactivity between each of the stimuli and the excessive demands of casual efforts, as well as starting a exercise program to then interrupt and then start again, cause decompensation in the body of people causing a series of changes and injuries that can become irreversible.
