La indemnización administrativa para niños, niñas y adolescentes, en el marco del conflicto armado interno, en la Región de San Vicente y El Carmen de Chucurí

Abstract

This text seeks to determine the criteria established by the Council of State and the Constitutional Court to apply the administrative compensation contained in Law 1448 of 2011, as one of the measures of integral reparation for children and adolescents (NNA) who have been victims of the armed conflict in the municipalities of San Vicente and El Carmen de Chucurí. To this end, a jurisprudential line on the application of administrative compensation is elaborated, later some cases on the implementation of this figure in the municipalities of San Vicente and El Carmen de Chucurí are analyzed and finally it is examined whether it is being applied properly or not.
