Resumen
The purpose of this monograph is to analyze the occupational risk factors that affect the labor desertion in a bilingual call center in the city of Bogota, which may be caused by the materialization of different risk factors such as safety, physical, chemical, biological, psychological, ergonomic, organizational, among others.
Therefore, through the collection of bibliographic information and research in the field, and the realization of a perception survey to former employees, we will try to determine which causes and factors are having a greater impact and driving the decision of employees to leave the company.
