Propuesta de un modelo de parque lineal para la movilidad del valle de Mensuly, entre el sector de la sidra y la sede social Comfenalco en el municipio de Floridablanca

Abstract

The project is a proposal for a linear park model for the mobility of the Mensuly Valley, between the cider sector and the Comfenalco Headquarters that arises because of the population, economic and cultural growth of the municipality of Floridablanca which requires new determinants of the territorial model to improve the rational actions of urban planning and integrate the systems structured teas of the municipality allowing the mobility of the population of Floridablanca to the different sites of activity that integrate it with the metropolitan area. This is how the areas of urban expansion towards the outskirts of the old town and the connection routes with other municipalities require an urban intervention that provides the conditions of mobility and connectivity not only to the population that develops its activities around this area if not as an urban integration with the rest of the municipality and the metropolitan area; The absence of pedestrian connections between the main park of the municipality of Floridablanca, Colegio la Turena, the Álvaro Gómez Hurtado stadium, the Caballerístico ranch “Mirador el Lago” and the Comfenalco headquarters on the Floridablanca-Piedecuesta highway, has generated a conglomeration of users on the road, producing probability of pedestrian accident to students, sportsman and other population that moves through the area. Being a land of urban expansion destined to promote the partial use of the land to develop urban development actions, it is the duty of the state to ensure the protection of public space and its destination for common use, in this way an appeal should be given to planning, projection and construction of public space over other land uses. It is defined as a linear park in the area of ​​public space management to those urban actions that are parallel to the water currents, established and defined by the environmental authority, this type of urban renovations acts as regulators of the environmental balance and represents the environmental heritage and cultural at the city level, regional and metropolitan coverage.
