Labor productivity is determined by many factors such as salary, type of leadership, physical and environmental conditions of work, job satisfaction and organizational climate. The purpose of this project was to evaluate the effect of the organizational climate and the level of psychosocial risk within the workplace on the labor productivity of sales workers of COLOMBIA MÓVIL Regional Oriente in order to propose measures to intervene these two variables in order to improve the results of the company This is a non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional study of correlational scope. For the measurement of the level of psychosocial risk intralaboral refers to the Questionnaire of psychosocial risk factors intralaboral designed by Villalobos et. Alabama. (2010) and for the measurement of the labor climate, as well as the Instrument for Measuring Climate in Colombian Organizations of Méndez (2006). It was found that the level of psychosocial risk within the workplace was at a low level, the organizational climate at a medium-high level and that there were no significant relationships between the variables. Based on the findings, a proposal was made to improve the organizational climate of sales workers of COLOMBIA MÓVIL Regional Oriente.
