Una mirada a la protección de los derechos a la educación y la salud en Ecuador, Bolivia y Colombia

Abstract

In the course of the latest trends, Latin America went through multiple political reforms tending to change paradigms as an environment for the creation of democratic rights aimed at fulfilling their demands. Ecuador, Bolivia and Colombia, from the Political Constitution of the latter in 1991, integrate their letters magnas, extensive catalogs of rights, with a view to the guarantee of the legislator, the comprehensive protection of rights. Now, that legislative and executive power is the role of guaranteeing rights through the drafting, implementation and execution of public policies. In the present work, the performance of the public policies implemented in Ecuador, Bolivia and Colombia, the protection of the rights to education and health, the fulfillment of the Millennium Development Goals were determined. Sustainable, in addition to crosses of additional indicators.
