Resulting in the production of an asset of $31’734,966 and a liability of $14’107,222, with an equity of $31’734,966, the average cash flow is $27,650,283 annually, the equilibrium point in the production of services can be recognised to achieve financial stability of 450 per month. Likewise, we realize the first we can see the net profit of $28’989.900, also indicating the annual net present value (VPN) of $2 647.879 and an internal rate of return of 11% per year, these values show the economic viability of the business idea.
