Abstract

It has become evident that the conciliation processes concerning food are not fully complying with the obligations agreed upon there, so that this text investigates the effectiveness of conciliation in the area of food for minors, having as the main basis of information collected in the conciliations carried out in the conciliation center of the law school of the University of Santo Tomas between 2014 and 2018. In addition, you will find a solid theoretical base that covers the generalities of conciliation, conciliation in Colombia, conciliation in family matters and conciliation in matters of alimony from comparative law.
