Abstract

In this project we pretend to propose different scenarios implementation that can contribute to the generation of a business plan that will be focused mainly on the makrket and knowledge of consumer preferences. The plan is aimed at the personal care segment, with a vision that is sustainable and attractive to the soap consumer. Jabones artesanales Macadamia could be described as a company that will producing organic soaps, which has arisen from the opportunity to offer consumers a product with characteristics that meet the basic needs of body and facial soap that is reflected in a product that contains organic derived from herbs, plants, cereals, fruits, spices; being friendly to the environment.
