Abstract

This project describes each of the processes that were carried out during the period of university practice at the Santo Tomás University in the area of Occupational Health and Safety, in order to generate a business improvement for the área. Initially start with a diagnostic was made of the documentation of the Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) to determine compliance with legal regulations (Law 1503 of 2011 and resolution 1565 of 201) and the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Coordination regarding documentation. Subsequently, with the results of the diagnosis, an analysis was prepared to determine the causes, need and importance of the missing documentation and thus comply with the general objective, then the improvement plan is established based on the findings found in the analysis of critical points. , together with the level of fulfillment of the work plan that was established to carry out the relevant documentary actions that allowed to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety area.
