Resumen
Este trabajo de grado se desarrolla en base a un diagnostico que se logró obtener en la investigación hecha sobre el problema del trabajo infantil en los niños y niñas pertenecientes al comedor comunitario Teresita Ramírez del barrio Olaya, donde se encaminan sus objetivos para determinar las consecuencias de este problema social a nivel emocional, psicológico, educativo, legal y económico.
De esta manera la investigación centra su estudio y análisis en los impactos que genera el trabajo infantil en los niños y niñas, ya que este es visto bajo un manto de discriminación social y vulnerabilidad de derechos, en la que se ve afectada su participación social como ciudadano.
En general este tema busca impedir que los niños y niñas de esta comunidad sigan siendo maltratados y vulnerados en sus derechos de una manera cruel; y por ello se requiere de una propuesta de intervención que trascienda para volver a restituir sus derechos como niños.
Desde el punto de vista profesional se investigó en el tema por su relevancia, ya que permite enfocar desde la psicología el comportamiento de la sociedad y las posibles soluciones al conflicto.
