The objective of the study is the integration of the urban dynamics, the current ones, included in the sectors, 46 in Castile and 113 in Bavaria, the eighth place in Kennedy. So, it is important to understand the factors that characterize the area of intervention in which the Bavarian production plant took place, currently it is a projected area for urban renewal, which contributes to the transformation of the city's landscape, and represents a potential development that contributes to the integration of the territory of the Main Ecological Structure (PPE), for the articulation of the territory that promotes citizen participation within the collective spaces, that provides a service in response to local needs.
Therefore, a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the area of study after the country's account, in the face of opportunities and conflicts, to respond accurately in the intervention of the territory. It became the inductive research methodology, which allowed designing an urban structure in the figure of the partial urban renewal plan for the intervention area of Bavaria (Fabrica), to the west of the city.
So, after the diagnosis and analysis of the characteristics established in the development of the research and the theoretical framework as a reference for the research developed in the territory, the urban proposal establishes the importance of proposing a space that transforms the landscape and contributes to a sustainable city, understood, from the categories developed in the analysis.
