Resumen
In order to group and put into practice the knowledge acquired during the studies carried out in the hotel and tourism program providing the realization of an idea studied and that is applicable. This project has the main objective of designing a territorial marketing plan for the municipality of Agua de Dios Cundinamarca, focused on tourism development and communities, this was carried out applying qualitative tools in which They integrated the resident communities of the territory in question, in addition to evaluating the tourist potentials, the type of tourism that is optimal for the municipality and some important data of the place. For this purpose, a series of objectives were created, which were carried out through proposals guided by the selected method. For the last chapter was generated the territorial marketing plan given by means of a strategic chart that includes aspects such as budget manager and development strategies.
