Resumen
In Colombia, Social Security (SS) is an essential mechanism of social cohesion and reduction of inequalities, which has shown achievements but remains a challenge, due to the barriers in its access, the increase in demographic aging and in informal markets. The objective of the work was to propose awareness and training strategies for access to social security in the Colombian population. A mixed study was developed with descriptive scope in collaborators of the Corporación Club Social y Deportivo Ecopetrol Bogotá. The strategy designed gave rise to a social security office, which allowed responding to the needs detected in the population under investigation.
On the other hand, it was set up as a model for the provision of services in social security by the academy aimed at populations with barriers in accessing the system, mainly aimed at vulnerable populations. It was possible to link other populations, namely: guild of 70 taxi drivers from the city of
Villavicencio, employees of the domestic service of residential complexes of the city of Bogotá and collaborators of two SMEs.
