Propuesta de mejora para la reducción de fallas en el área de extrusión por medio de la filosofía TPM mantenimiento productivo total en la empresa Gilpa Impresores S.A.

Abstract

The company Gilpa Impresores S, A, is an organization of the second sector of the economy (Processes of transformation), which corresponds to the plastics sector. Currently, the organization has lost productivity due to failures that occur in the extrusion area, caused by the lack of planned and scheduled maintenance. These failures, cause, loss of productive time, delays in deliveries and cost overruns in production. The project has been developed, aims to improve the level of global productivity (OEE) in the extrusion process, reducing the time lost due to defects, time lost by the operation, downtime not planned by the team and the team preparation time. The means to achieve this objective will be to develop a proposal for improvement based on the TPM philosophy.
