This project focused on Distribuciones AC, a company that is just starting in the market, where a strategic plan was developed for its growth, taking into account its corporate identity, marketing and distribution of its products. Initially an interview was conducted with the owner to establish what aspects were required to project the company, and then a diagnosis was made using the Ishikawa cause and effect diagram, which identified determining variables that were the basis for the construction of the strategic plan, which led to the realization of the following questions: What should be the guidelines of the company to achieve a structure of philosophy that determines the horizon of the company? What aspects should be taken into account to position the company's products at a national level; where finally, regarding the corporate identity, the vision, mission, values and philosophy of the organization were built; and in the aspects related to distribution and commercialization, actions and strategic objectives that converge in the growth of the company were established.
