This study determines the incidence of the didactic strategies of teaching used by the teacher in his or her pedagogical work. On the one hand, some teachers from the public school Carlos Albán Holguín at the elementary level, in Bogotá. They evaluate their Teaching process to identify possible barriers which do not allow the fulfillment of objectives and the development of this process; it prevents the learning process can be evidenced in their students. On the other hand, the teachers reflect about the possibility of their effective influence to carry out a positive teaching and learning process where the motivation, autonomy and active participation of their students are demonstrated through the self-analysis that they perform in their teaching.
