The social conditions on which the training processes are being developed in the different educational institutions, regardless of the level, have led to an almost mandatory appropriation of technologies as a fundamental part of these processes, and as a tool for continuity in the provision of education. their services, which has led to the incorporation of ICT into the strategic planning processes of the directives.
