The company Hammerhead Branch Colombia is a branch of the Multinational Decowraps,
dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of sheets in corrugated cardboard for the protection of
flowers, where its main customers are international marketers and flower growers
Colombia, the main goal is to offer products with the highest standards of
quality and competitiveness in favor of total satisfaction of the needs of customers.
The present investigation aims to perform a diagnosis of the company through
tools designed for the analysis of internal and external aspects that comprise a
company, with the aim of proposing an action plan for the continuous improvement of the
organization.
The project covers different areas of study that allow knowing the organization from
different aspects and is divided into two chapters, research component and component
discipline, the first is composed of question problem, objectives, theoretical framework, framework
methodological and contextualization of the company, the second is the disciplinary component in it
find the analysis of the different areas of study, they are taken as different references
authors such as Idalberto Chiavenato and Michael Porter, who attach great importance to planning
strategic, that is why the proposed improvement proposed in this research has
solid, which will contribute to the development and growth of the company under study.
The action plan is designed for the continuous improvement of Hammerhead, providing support to
management for more assertive decision making and better business management,
always in the search to be more competitive and recognized in the market.
