Resumen
With the opening of markets, different products have the possibility to internationalize and look for attractive niches abroad. Colombia, thanks to its agricultural potential, has the capacity to generate products such as sauces and dressings, which every day and thanks to consumption trends, increase their participation in business. It is for this reason that the present investigation has been aimed at identifying potential markets for this type of product. For the development of this work a qualitative and exploratory methodology was applied, and by the very essence of the subject, it is based on the theory of the internationalization of uppsala and the way station model. The main result is that the most attractive countries for exporting sauces and seasonings are in Europe.
