Abstract

The objective of this research is to demonstrate that for a country like Colombia which has relevant geographical advantages for the cultivation of cannabis and this in turn generates lower production costs, the medical cannabis industry is a broad business opportunity that serves to generate growth. and development; identifying the necessary procedures for new companies to produce and commercialize medicinal cannabis in Colombia, also takes into account Canada, a developed country that has contributed to the growth of this industry in the country, recognizing the positive contributions that the North American country has generated to the business of cannabis in Colombia.
