The purpose of this document is to establish a revenue management structure at the Viaggio Nueve Trez hotel, through the study of various markets, the demand for supply and competition, the economic sector and the other factors that influence the take of decisions of the potential client when choosing a hotel of preference. From the study, optimal strategies are developed to increase the income generated to improve the profitability of the sales channels. revenue management strategies have been successfully developed in numerous hotel chains worldwide with optimal results and significant growth in the industry. The participation of direct sales is essential for the reduction of costs generated by other sales channels, the most influential factors in the product are determined and thus we manage to balance revenue management in the most optimal way.
