Propuesta de Programa de la fase de readaptación, “Return to play” para lesiones de ligamento cruzado anterior en futbolistas

Resumen
INTRODUCCIÓN: Descripción y planeación de un Propuesta de planificación físico-deportiva para la vuelta al juego incluyendo la readaptación deportiva y la corrección de gestos deportivos. la lesión de ligamento cruzado anterior, al ser una de las más incapacitantes y con mayor porcentaje de recaída en el ámbito deportivo, al encontrar falencias en los procesos de recuperación, al no aplicar el return to play en muchos de los casos. Se ha evidenciado poca investigación en la temática de readaptación deportiva en Colombia. METODOLOGÍA: Estudio exploratorio, que se desarrolló en dos fases: una revisión bibliográfica, por medio de bases de datos inicialmente se investigó dentro de documentos universitarios y luego se pasó a las bases de datos que encontró, gran cantidad de artículos pero ninguno en el ámbito local, se realizó la investigación por medio de: Sport Discus, Google académico, Science Direct, Researchgate y Scopus, luego de esto se filtró por programas de readaptación, test que se aplican a los deportistas lesionados, programas de “return to play” en otros ámbitos deportivos, programas de “return to play” en futbol, factores de riesgo, antecedentes y programas que describieran programas de readaptación, en la revisión se encontraron 33878 artículos de Google académico, 4280 de Scopus y 519 de sport Discus , Research Gate no se incluye dentro del conteo al no mostrar la cantidad de artículos que muestra, en donde se busca como principal objetivo la readaptación deportiva y no la recuperación en fútbol para los deportistas universitarios y la estructuración de una Propuesta de planificación deportiva que incluyera una batería de pruebas indirectas aplicables a la readaptación deportiva en fútbol. RESULTADOS: Existen protocolos de readaptación de la lesión de ligamento cruzado anterior, en los cuales se basó para realizar el diseño de una planificación de una Propuesta de planificación deportiva para el retorno, en la revisión se encontraron 33878 artículos de Google académico, 4280 de Scopus y 519 de sport Discus , Research Gate no se incluye dentro del conteo al no mostrar la cantidad de artículos que muestra, en donde se busca como principal objetivo la readaptación deportiva y no la recuperación en fútbol para los deportistas universitarios, además de incluir la comparación de artículos más relevantes para el diseño del programa de readaptación deportiva . CONCLUSIÓN: Los programas en la fase return to play brinda herramientas a deportistas y futuros profesionales Ciencias del Deporte, que aunque se diferencien entre tiempos, trabaja ejercicios similares, tienen características cercanas en los tiempos de recuperación y diferentes programas de readaptación desde la FIFA como máximo ente regulador en el futbol para promover tanto los procesos de readaptación como la función del readaptador deportivo, las necesidades del programa, los ejercicios de trabajo y los tiempos de recuperación del ligamento. Little research has been evidenced about sports rehabilitation in Colombia. METHODOLOGY: An exploratory study, which was developed in two phases: a bibliographic review, through databases, it was initially investigated within university documents and then it was passed to the databases that it found, a large number of articles but none in the field local, the research was carried out through: Sport discus, academic Google, Science direct, Researchgate and Scopus, after this it was filtered through rehabilitation programs, tests that are applied to injured athletes, “return to play” programs in other sports fields, “return to play” programs in soccer, risk factors, antecedents and programs that describe rehabilitation programs, the review found 33878 articles from academic Google, 4280 from Scopus and 519 from sport Discus, research gate was not found includes within the count by not showing the number of items it shows, where the main objective is sports rehabilitation and not recovery in football for university athletes and the structuring of a Sports Planning Proposal that would include a battery of indirect tests applicable to sports rehabilitation in football. RESULTS: There are protocols for the readaptation of the anterior cruciate ligament injury, on which it was based to carry out the design of a planning of a Sport Planning Proposal for the return, in the review 33878 articles were found from academic Google, 4280 from Scopus and 519 for sport Discus, research gate is not included in the count as it does not show the number of articles it shows, where the main objective is sports rehabilitation and not recovery in soccer for university athletes, in addition to including the comparison of most relevant articles for the design of the sports rehabilitation program. CONCLUSION: The programs in the return to play phase provide tools to athletes and future professionals in Sports Sciences, who, although they differ between times, work similar exercises, have similar characteristics in recovery times and different rehabilitation programs from FIFA at most Regulatory body in soccer to promote both the rehabilitation processes and the role of the sports retrainer, the needs of the program, work exercises and ligament recovery times.
