Abstract

Este artículo explora una revisión sistemática, el campo de interés está centrado en la eficacia de la vía subcutánea como tratamiento en el paciente de cuidado paliativo, tradicionalmente se encuentran otro tipo de vías alternativas con una mayor incidencia en su uso, desconociendo por el personal de salud que la hipodermoclisis es de igual o mayor eficacia. Con base en los análisis hay una serie de comparativos entre las diferentes vías para el manejo del paciente, no obstante a ello identificamos que la hipodermoclisis debe ser usada con mayor frecuencia porque garantiza mayor bienestar en la atención del paciente.
