Consultoría - Plan de implementación BIM para la empresa PROArquitectura Constructora S.A.S

Abstract

En el proyecto de grado desarrollado a continuación se presenta el plan de implementación BIM (PIB) para la empresa PROArquitectura Constructora S.A.S. A partir de una revisión bibliográfica y siguiendo las rutas de análisis recomendadas por Autodesk, BuildingSMART y EADIC, se logró establecer una metodología para el desarrollo de la propuesta. Se inició por un análisis de la situación actual de la organización, de acuerdo con los hallazgos, se propuso un plan de implementación BIM y, por último, se realizó la estructuración del proyecto piloto. A partir del diagnóstico se diseñaron protocolos BIM para el manejo y almacenamiento de la información en la compañía. Debido a la naturaleza y al alcance que tiene la constructora, se propuso, como estrategia principal para implementar BIM en la organización, la incorporación de un mánager BIM al equipo de diseño y gestión humana. Encargado de implementar los protocolos propuestos y de acompañar a los demás profesionales en la migración al entorno de trabajo BIM. En este proyecto se logran identificar las fortalezas y debilidades de la constructora para la implementación de la metodología BIM. La estrategia para aplicar la metodología BIM en la organización se propone a partir de los requerimientos y alcances deseados por los directivos. Por último, se detallan las mejoras que se esperan tener en la compañía en un entorno de trabajo colaborativo BIM.

In the project developed below will be found a BIM implementation plan for the company PROArquitectura Constructora S.A.S. Based on a bibliographic review and following the analysis routes recommended by Autodesk, BuildingSMART and EADIC, it was possible to establish a methodology for the development of the proposal. It began with an analysis of the current situation of the organization, according to the findings, a BIM implementation plan was proposed and, finally, the structuring of the pilot project was carried out. Based on the diagnosis, BIM protocols were designed for the management and storage of information in the company. Due to the nature and scope of the construction company, it was proposed, as the main strategy to implement BIM in the organization, the incorporation of a BIM manager to the design and human management team. In charge of implementing the proposed protocols and accompanying other professionals in the migration to the BIM work environment. In this project, it is possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the construction company for the implementation of the BIM methodology. The strategy for applying the BIM methodology in the organization is proposed based on the requirements and scope desired by the managers. Finally, the improvements that are expected to be made in the company in a collaborative BIM work environment are detailed.
