In the present work shows the restructuring practice of human resource management processes such as recruitment, training focused on psychosocial risks, performance assessment and measurement of organizational climate in Icoltrans SAS, with the aim of improving the quality of working life in the organization, framing it in a healthy company that cares about the welfare of the employee. At the same time shows its analysis and conclusions product of the training, recruitment and home visits in the organization, as well as the design of performance assessment instrument designed to evaluate employees on their job.
