Resumen
This article collects the theoretical proposal of the research entitled: “Organizational performance assessment of Coodexin´s collaborators from study of eight dimensions of human developement”.
The text is divided into three chapters that explain the phenomenon investigated. In the introduction we are collected the contextual issues of the problematic, and then made approaches to the study´s theorical framework. In the second, the succictly presents some related methodological and components that defined the preparation of the proposed instrument. Finally conclusions are presented in consideration of the elements worked.
The article as a theoretical approach, no intented to give lecture from the approach of competences and the elements themselves of human development studied, but it becomes a support for studies that can be performed on the same line of work, to the time can contribute variations of each work scope to be applied in various organizations.
