This report is based practice to build a strategic plan with tactics and strategies that were following a diagnosis about the Departmental Committee of Coffee Growers of Risaralda. This report is a brief space for readers to contextualize the current state of the organization and the importance of external communication in it. Besides being a service company, you must create trust and loyalty in public, taking into account the overall picture of the coffee is the product that gives the reason for the Committee. This diagnosis was made which allowed the development of a strategic plan that poses the main objective of the image recognition Departmental Committee of Coffee Growers of Risaralda, through strategies that create public memorial in their objectives.
