Dotaciones Especializadas para Bomberos por el Clúster Textil Juntos del Eje Cafetero

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó un análisis estratégico del entorno con las cinco fuerzas de Porter, el análisis PESTEL y la matriz DOFA del proyecto de confección de dotación especializada para bomberos, formulado por el Clúster textil confección Juntos Eje de la ciudad de Pereira. En cuanto al diseño metodológico es una investigación cualitativa de tipo de experimental con un diseño transversal y a su vez descriptiva, la técnica de recolección de información utilizada fue la entrevista semi estructurada la cual se aplicó a las ocho empresas del clúster involucradas en el proyecto. Se llegó a la conclusión de que es un proyecto que tiene grandes ventajas competitivas con respecto a su entorno, sin embargo, tiene falencias las cuales en necesario mejorar. Abstract: In the present research work, a strategic analysis of the environment was carried out with the five forces of Porter, the PESTLE analysis and the SWOT matrix of the specialized firefighter manufacturing and marketing Project, formulated by the Cluster textile confección Juntos Eje of the city of Pereira. Regarding the methodological design, it is a qualitative research of the experimental type with a transversal and descriptive design, The information collection technique used was the semi-structured interview, which was applied to the eight cluster companies involved in the project. It was concluded that it is a project that has great competitive advantages with respect to its environment, however it has shortcomings which need to be improved.
