dc.description.abstractThe document here exposed is intended to show the process and results of the first and second phase of the exercise of academic and professional practice, which were developed at the Center for Prevention and Comprehensive Habilitation “CINDES” between July and November 2011, and the Psychological Care Centre CAPSI between January and June 2012. The performed proposal was consolidated from diagnosis and identification of needs at both institutions as initial processes, using different data collection techniques, and from the same user demand. The identified in this first process allowed the construction of the respective areas of intervention, which support the entire proposal and the role of the practicing in these institutions. Also, presents the results of each one during the practice and the difficulties in them that interfered with the achievement of the objectives of each area of intervention, followed by the relevant conclusions that promote subsequent processes of practice.
