La Comunicación en el área de seguridad del Aeropuerto Internacional Matecaña

Abstract

El presente artículo pretende mostrar, a través del análisis de cuatro casos documentados que sucedieron en aeropuertos internacionales del mundo, las posibles consecuencias de no contar con una adecuada oficina de Comunicaciones adscrita al Área de Seguridad del Aeropuerto Matecaña de Pereira, tanto para enfrentar comunicacionalmente los problemas de seguridad, como para socializar los logros y avances de la terminal aérea de manera efectiva y seria. Este artículo de reflexión, interpreta y califica situaciones de la vida real sobre la temática seleccionada y con fundamento en esta experiencia, analiza la situación del Aeropuerto Internacional Matecaña de Pereira, único aeropuerto de Colombia que no es propiedad de la Aeronáutica civil y que depende de la Alcaldía de Pereira, en especial, en lo referente al manejo de las comunicaciones. / Abstract: The present article intends to show, through the analysis of four documented cases that happened in international airports of the world, the possible consequences of not having an adequate Communications office attached to the Security Area of the Matecaña Airport of Pereira, both to face communicationally the Security problems, such as to socialize the achievements and progress of the air terminal effectively and seriously. This article reflects, interprets and qualifies real life situations on the selected theme and based on this experience, analyzes the situation of the International Airport Matecaña de Pereira, the only airport in Colombia that is not owned by the Civil Aeronautics and depends on The mayoralty of Pereira, in particular, regarding the handling of communications.
