| dc.description.abstract | Vivienda rural campesina sostenible con crecimiento y producción como solución para los habitantes del corregimiento de Tribunas, en el municipio de Pereira. Para un clima templado con una temperatura promedio de 21°c, humedad superior al 75%, vientos predominantes del Noreste, Este y Sudeste y alta precipitación.
La tipología de vivienda tiene un programa de unidad básica, con tres áreas, la primera la zona residencial (dos habitaciones y un espacio múltiple), la segunda el área de autosuficiencia doméstica (cocina, centro de servicios y residuos) y finalmente un área de productividad (apoyo a la vivienda, generación de empleo).
La principal estrategia bioclimática de la casa es la transmitancia térmica y se genera un sistema de muro transmisor de calor compuesto de agua de lluvia y elementos que calientan naturalmente el agua que fluye a través de cilindros que transmiten el calor al interior de la casa./Abstract : Sustainable rural peasant housing with growth and production,
as a solution for the inhabitants of the district of Tribunas, in the
municipality of Pereira. For a temperate climate with an
average temperature of 21 ° C, humidity above 75%, prevailing
winds from the Northeast, East and Southeast and high rainfall.
The housing typology has a basic unit program, with three areas,
the first the residential area (two rooms for bedrooms and a
multiple room), the second the domestic self-sufficiency area
(kitchen, service center and waste) and finally an area of
productivity (housing support, employment).
The main bioclimatic strategy of the house is thermal
transmittance and a system of a heat transmitting wall is
generated composed of rainwater and elements that naturally
heat the water that flows through cylinders which transmit the
