dc.description.abstractThis work is the development of the professional practice of external communication for the Cooperativa de Entidades de Salud de Risaralda in the first half of 2010, from surveys in each of the partners. From the results we made a strategic communication plan targeted at external audiences Coodesuris, taking as central in this project external publics (stakeholders), corporate image and social responsibility of the Cooperative. Finally, we present the respective strategies with tactics to implement and enable the plan, thus contributing to the mission of the Cooperative.
