Distorsiones cognitivas y esquemas maladaptativos tempranos en mujeres víctimas de abuso sexual

La investigación pretende identificar y comparar las distorsiones cognitivas y esquemas maladaptativos tempranos en mujeres víctimas de abuso sexual y no víctimas de abuso sexual en una muestra de 32 mujeres en un rango de edad de 16 a 17 años de la ciudad de Pereira, a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario de esquemas maladaptativos tempranos de Young YSQ-L2, el cual permite identificar 11 esquemas propuestos por Young, y el inventario de pensamientos automáticos de Ruiz y Lujan que permite identificar 15 tipos de distorsiones cognitivas. Los resultados arrojaron que no existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas en cuanto a las distorsiones cognitivas en ambas poblaciones, las cuales las más frecuentes fueron Pensamiento polarizado y interpretación del pensamiento en las mujeres con abuso sexual, y de visión catastrófica y falacia de recompensa divina en el grupo sin abuso sexual, en cuanto los esquemas no se hallaron diferencias estadísticamente significativas, a excepción del esquema de autosacrificio, el cual si existe diferencia significativa para el grupo sin abuso sexual.
