Gobernación de Risaralda y su Trabajo con Cooperación Internacional

Abstract

En el presente documento se realiza la descripción de los ejes abordados durante el desarrollo de la práctica académica en La Gobernación de Risaralda, específicamente en la Secretaría de Planeación. El primero consistió en apoyar la coordinación del Comité Departamental de Cooperación Internacional de Risaralda – CDCIR y el segundo era analizar, clasificar, difundir y apoyar las convocatorias internacionales que aplicaran a Risaralda. Por consiguiente, a fin de brindar un aporte, se creó una ficha de perfil empresarial para el primer eje y para el segundo, un blog que difundiera dichas convocatorias. Así mismo, se hace referencia a temas como la Eficacia de la Ayuda, la Apropiación, el Sistema Nacional de Cooperación Internacional – SNCI y la Ordenanza 013/08 que posteriormente es modificada por la Ordenanza 032/09. /Abstract: This paper takes the description of the axes discussed during the development of the internship in the Government of Risaralda, specifically in the Planning Department. The first was to support the coordination of the Departmental Committee for International Cooperation of Risaralda - CDCIR and the second was to analyze, classify, disseminate and support international calls that apply to Risaralda. Therefore, in order to provide input, a business profile sheet was created for the first axis and for the second, a blog to disseminate these calls was created. It also refers to issues such as Aid Effectiveness, the Ownership, the National System of International Cooperation - SNCI and Ordinance 013/08 which is subsequently amended by Ordinance 032/09.
